The fan looks high quality but was very stiff. You should be able to spin these Xbox fans freely, and it takes a lot more effort than it should. My Xbox couldn't even turn it on. You could see him trying to twist the blade, but he was too tight. My Xbox overheated and shut down. Maybe they're not all like that, but be sure to check before installing...
