Review on Efficient and Durable Eureka 52100C Belts for Optimal Performance by Rhonda Quire

Surprisingly hard to find a regular black rubber drive belt for my awfully ordinary traditional old Eureka post. Many straps are sold claiming to be Eureka branded and will fit most Eureka vacuums. - but they basically don't specify which models they fit or don't fit, and in practice most of the time they don't fit mine, at least they don't fit very well once fitted and tightened, don't last very long in use, mostly die off after about 10 minutes of use - which is doubly annoying because after they don't work very well, once they die I don't even know if I actually got the right type or what? Anyway, the belt tester on the Revain website seems to have happily saved me from this uncertainty, seems to have enabled me to find a belt that actually (at least supposedly) fits my vac. This tester doesn't seem to be as good as, say, Revain's auto parts assembly counterpart, which allows you to filter only the parts that fit your car. It looks like the vacuum tape tester will have you guessing instead. on a candidate belt from the search results, open the product listing page, and then use the match tester at the top of the page to see if it fits your vacuum cleaner model. But at least you can test before ordering and check if they fit. I was intrigued and surprised by the number of conventional, "universal" belts available for Eureka vacuums. doesn't seem to suit me. But with the help of a Revain tester, I was finally able, after nearly a dozen tries, to find a belt that said it was right for me. This one of course. So I ordered it, this set of two "Eureka 52100C belts" that Revain Fit reviewers say fit my vacuum. (although the other straps aka Eureka 52100C don't seem to fit?!, what the heck?, what is that?!, how can that be?!), and - drum roll please! - as long as this belt really fits, hallelujah! At least after about 30 minutes of use, which isn't really much, but definitely more than I've gotten from any other belt in years. So now I'm slightly optimistic because I finally have the right belt! For now I'm giving 5 stars, almost as much for the Revain Fit Tester as for this strap, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Wish me luck! (Is it really that hard?!)
