This set has it all. I'm a sushi lover and this has helped me learn how to roll some of the best sushi. I have personally recommended this to other people when they wanted me to show them how to make sushi. So easy to clean but I want to take a moment to give you some professional advice. When using mats to make buns; Place the mat in a gallon freezer bag. So the roll doesn't stick together, but cleans - CLICK!
