Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

I put the speaker in the hall, under the TV (it fits best there), and if the volume of the TV is 5-10%, there is a huge chance that the speaker will not hear you, will not respond to commands. In fact, the column has recently only played the role of a ZigBee hub. But now all ZigBee devices have begun to fall off en masse, and I have more than ten of them around the house. It is necessary each time to configure them manually on a new one. Why it falls off is unknown, I didn’t touch anything at all and didn’t change it for this. Also the question is why can't autodetect them back.

I write in support of  about the return - they do not answer. Amazing

There is no clock display, although this is a killer feature. The top panel is kind of ridiculous with its animation and controls, if it weren't there at all, then the column would not get worse, probably, in principle, you can't make it worse. The sound is mediocre. Zigbee devices fall off. Does not respond to voice with small extraneous sources. More in the comments
