I ordered the first device and received it quickly. It initially seemed to work well and serve its purpose. The second time I used it I couldn't hear the audio from the DVD but had great video. I thought the problem was with the leased drive. In desperation, I plugged in the DVD player directly and everything was fine. I sent the Revain unit back with no problems and received a replacement. The second device arrived quickly and I installed it. A few days later we watched the DVD. Everything seemed fine and we paused the movie for a while to take a dessert break. After restarting the movie, I had no sound again, but there was video. Then I had to connect the player directly to the TV and stop the show. Therefore, I do not recommend this device because it has a technological flaw that causes the loss of the audio part. I have returned the second unit for a refund and will purchase a different product. I appreciate Revain's excellent and user-friendly return service.
