If you don't mind the fan noise, this is a decent device. When the radio is on, it is usually almost inaudible. The cable is really stiff, even at 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the cable is a cheap, stiff and inflexible cable, not a super flexible, premium cold weather cable. If you buy this and install it in cold weather, expect the fork to be unfriendly stiff. I'm really considering cutting it off and replacing it with a more flexible cold weather electrical cord if I have trouble with it this winter. Two AC plugs mounted side by side make it difficult to connect anything wider than the standard. plug and still be able to use a different socket. You had to rotate one of them 90 degrees relative to the other, or rotate them 45 degrees to the left and right of each other.
