I ordered 1 and 3 for my son's 13th birthday which was yesterday. One inflated perfectly with a helium balloon, but when we inflated the third, it didn't float at all. The tank was brand new and full, we used it a few minutes before and after to fill other balloons in the house for his birthday and it worked fine. The only thing I can think of is that maybe 3 was a balloon that was just filled with air and accidentally sent. It was a shame we are unable to host a party due to the COVID outbreak but still wanted to go the extra mile with the decorations as usual for his birthday. Luckily my husband had fishing line and was able to connect one end to the loop at the top of the balloon and attach the other end to the ceiling to give the balloon a floating effect.
