I would rate them a 5 as they are perfect in construction, black to match my shelf and have a built in washing machine. However, they lack one feature: a smooth, tapered tip for flawless screwdriving. Unfortunately, I read an article on this topic by an IT snob who has enough experience to know what perfection is, but it's too late for me. I went through most of the two 50 packs on a 9U rack because I replaced a lot of the chrome or otherwise improper nuts that came with the installed hardware. I also recommend a nut setting tool with pliers. (Luxury cage nut insertion/extraction tool)
