I was eager to browse ACTool's online shop because I am an experienced user of cutting and drilling tools. However, I was dissatisfied with my interaction with their goods and services. First off, despite being broad, their product assortment is shallow. Some of the specialized cutting tools I required for my tasks were nowhere to be found. In addition, the products I got were of poor quality. Due to the dull and uneven cutting of the drill blades, my work was less precise. Furthermore, they offer poor customer support. They responded to my inquiries about my problems in a useless and unprofessional manner. They obviously didn't care about addressing my concerns or appreciating my input. Finally, their shipping procedure is unreliable and slow. It took longer than I had anticipated for my package to come, and when it did, it was broken, with some of the contents missing. In conclusion, I wouldn't advise advanced users who need accurate and dependable cutting and drilling tools to shop at ACTool's web store. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the shallowness of the product selection, subpar quality, unhelpful customer support, and slow shipping.
