I have ordered these wheels in the PAST. IN THE PAST they HAVE been one of the BEST bikes I have ever used. But in THIS batch of these wheels, 17 wheels were NOT USABLE! THE METAL RINGS IN THE CENTER OF THE 17 WHEELS WERE ALL DAMAGED AND THESE 17 WHEELS WERE UNUSABLE! MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THESE 17 WHEELS FOR THEIR INTENDED USE. I use these bikes every day at my work and now I will stand behind the eight and do my job as intended. I have to make an extra trip (60 miles round trip) to purchase spare wheels for the ones I can't use from this order. It happens, I understand. BUT IT WILL BE A LONG TIME UNTIL I ORDER THESE WHEELS AGAIN IF I EVER DECIDE. Usually great. NOT THIS TIME.
