Another review says no water condensation after 1 hour of use - true, but just wait a few more hours and you'll see how much water condenses around the metal of the cooling side. Eventually it starts to drip (very slowly). So it's dangerous to use it as a PC cooler, you need to keep it outside the case to blow in some cool air. But for the size and the price, it cuts a fine figure. I am thinking of 3D printing the case for this to ensure the water is safely collected and the small fans are the only thing sticking out from the cooling side. It draws enough 12V to melt thin wires, so make sure you're using the correct size wire from your power source. It can be a dangerous topic for those with little electronics knowledge like me :)
