I lived without them for six months and felt like my teeth weren't quite yellow
I discovered this while working at a dental conference. They gave me a sample the first day and after 6 days my teeth were whiter so I bought it. I have relatively white teeth and have had discolouration in the past. This removes any staining after brushing for a week or two and I feel like it whitens my teeth significantly. Not "fake veneers smile" white, but I do get compliments on how white my teeth are. I only went six months without it, and it seemed to me that my teeth weren't all yellow, but looked "dark". After three days I can already see a slight difference in brightness. I can't live without this stuff. This is my secret weapon. :)
