I purchased this product to power a solar powered AC window unit. I had a 2000 watt 12 volt modified sine wave inverter and the AC unit was humming a lot and my system was losing a lot of power due to the high current at 12 volts. I replaced it with a 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter and it was quiet and worked great for six months. I made some adjustments to the AC side of my system and when I turned the inverter back on it made a bang and the air conditioning turned off. When I checked the internal fuses I found several damaged resistors which I was able to easily replace. I am sending an email to the email address on the warranty card. They responded within four hours and worked with me step-by-step through the troubleshooting process to determine if there were any other issues with the inverter and if it could be back up and running quickly. When it was determined that my inverter had other problems and could not be repaired. They sent me a replacement. I've had very few companies that were this responsive, especially the ones you work with via email. I was very satisfied and impressed with their support and response time. Update I received a replacement inverter and the AC voltmeter failed within 2 weeks. I repaired it with parts from the first inverter. The second inverter worked just over a year and failed. I thought these inverters use inferior parts.
