Overall this is a nice print and a fun and colorful project. It is not for beginners as it is extensive and requires some effort to read. I am an experienced cross stitcher and use thread carefully and accurately. I'm about 2/3 done with the project and have used at least 15 different colors of thread so far. As mentioned in other reviews, some colors don't provide you with the required amount. It wouldn't be too strenuous if the DMC colors shown on the pattern actually matched the DMC threads - they don't. I had to remove parts of already completed stitches because the replacement thread was obviously a different color than what was already on the canvas and I had to admit that some parts of the pattern were much lighter or duller in color than the original. threads around them. Perfectionists beware.
