Review on Party Til Youre Pooped Little by David Golden

They are cute and petite as I expected. The size is perfect, I'm using it for a pet party and dogs will wear it. A few things I should mention is that you have to assemble the hats, which is very easy, but it needs a tie to hold them together, otherwise they'll easily come undone. Also, when I bought it, I didn't think about the elastic that goes under the chin (neck) to keep the hat on the head. This rubber band was very uncomfortable for my dog because it stuck to his fur and he was used to wearing hats. I put my dog on every day but he took this hat off immediately every time I put it on him because of the elastic. I'm going to tie a ribbon instead of a rubber band and hope it helps.
