Its pros: Good ergonomics, ease of use, powerful enough, quick-change chuck, soft start, the ability to work in the screwdriver mode. The build quality is excellent. Cons below: The only thing that confuses in the tool is the design of the anther, which is recessed into the sds-plus cartridge along the edges. I admit that dust can get there, time will tell. The price, which in my opinion is overpriced by 20% (approximately). Expensive parts. Lack of an extensive network of DeWALT services. If a company wants to develop and compete in the 2022 market, it needs to be more loyal to the consumers of its products.
