I bought this product for quick access when cycling and carrying my main backpack. It fitted perfectly with no complaints and was able to hold my wallet, key and one of my headphones. (They're really wireless from Anker.) As far as waterproofing goes, I can say sweat didn't get into my wallet, but I would absolutely trust it to keep things dry if I fell in a puddle. (When it comes to waterproofing, I'd rather air it out as a precaution. My iPhone is technically waterproof, but I won't test it myself.) The neoprene that makes up the main pockets is quite plush, providing a nice cushion between your stuff and your back . The elastic portion of the belt makes it versatile for many waist sizes and comfortable overall. For my use it works great and I recommend it 10 out of 10.
