Product may be ok but arrived damaged

There was dried white stuff on the box it came in. I'm guessing it was toothpaste as the box it came in was crushed and when I took the lid that came out of the tube. So not sure if the toothpaste is ok or not, I don't feel comfortable using it and don't have time to return it so I guess I threw my money away.
