The ease of using this software is amazing! If you have some background in SAS, there is no steep learning curve. You will likely be able to pick it up just as fast as you can with any other tool. I do not yet have much to dislike about the product. It is easy enough for most people to understand without being too complicated to use for someone new to SAS. There are many nice features that come standard such as the ability to easily export reports (that aren't text). I had a hard time finding this product initially but was finally directed to it through an IT person. The ease and benefits of having automated data analysis is a great one. For my business, we found that our processes were taking too long and our reporting needs grew exponentially. With SAS, we have been able to cut down on the amount of time it takes to get The program is easy for users who are not familiar with coding or programming languages like Java or Python as it has an intuitive interface which makes learning the software quick and simple; however we do miss some features that could be added such as automatic data cleaning when importing from external sources into our system. We have been able to easily manage large amounts of customer service calls in order keep employees efficient while reducing errors due to human error through this platform.
