At first I was annoyed that the text wasn't centered. It turned out that the standard label size was 30 x 15mm and the bundled roll was 40 x 12mm. It wasn't written anywhere so I had the wrong settings until I realized the label looked longer than 3cm. Pros-Very easy to use-Fast-Small-Multiple language support (I was specifically looking for Chinese writing support)-Thermal so no ink to replace-Bluetooth-Wireless (obviously still needs a charging cable-Many options: size labels, Decorations, fonts, size, layout - The company sells labels relatively cheaply, but they're not proprietary, so you can use others Cons - Not the best resolution, but that's to be expected for this type of label printer - Can't use it anymore than one font per label (it's not a word processor) - Cannot select more than one alignment line (top line left, bottom right) - No support for right-to-left fonts, although this doesn't affect most users - like for most products designed in China - there is no online support in English and the links on the website do not work and there is no video (however, it is very easy to use and there is a video on YouTube ta to which that's just a small minus e)
