I have fine hair and all the shampoos and conditioners just seem to weigh it down. I saw this brand and decided to give it a try. I always read the reviews so I was a bit nervous because the shampoo lathers badly and smells bad. I didn't have to worry. The shampoo does not foam as much as normal shampoo, but foams well. My hair was nice and clean. The smell is not strong in the bottle, but when you apply it to your hair, wow! He smells great! Air conditioning is good too. It's really thick and creamy, which bothered me as I thought it would weigh my hair down. No, I washed it off well, the hair became soft, but not heavy. I will definitely continue to buy this brand.
