Makes my KitchenAid mixer so much easier to use
This slide out tray makes my heavy KitchenAid mixer so much easier to use. It's parked in the corner of my countertop, out of the way, but then slides forward slightly for use. It wobbles a bit when using the dough hook, but it always did. In no case do I leave it alone when kneading the dough. In general, it seems very strong and heavy. Changed the rules of the game for me.
