They are very pretty and correspond to the description fairly well as they are handmade so vary slightly from the picture. They write quite well, but as it happens they have a nice place. Overall a good buy for your money. Be careful opening the packaging because although they had a protective tip and were wrapped in bubble wrap, I almost dropped a few of these when I took them out of the box. They weren't wrapped in bubble wrap, just nested in its fold.
