Let me first say that I love this backpack. It's worth every penny you pay for it. It's lightweight and fashionable. Look very nice. The straps are soft and durable and I love the feel and comfort they provide. But whoever packs this backpack like that makes no sense to me. The backpack was sent to me half-folded. This results in my backpack not being able to stand upright. It always has the center of the fault line and falls to one side. This is because the backpack was half folded for a long time and has a break line in the middle. It just looks weird. I really like this backpack. I lay it down and put heavy weights on it to flatten it out, but that doesn't help. Please do not fold your backpack in half or tuck it away.
