I literally just got my nose pierced, I struggled a bit because the plastic thing holding the stud fell apart. But all you have to do is insert a bolt in the middle of one end of the plastic where it should be and snap it back together. Hold the plastic as you press down so it stays in place. If you bleed, wash the blood off quickly to keep it from drying out. When it dries, it hurts to clean.
