I have chronic Lyme disease and bought these shoes to relieve my foot pain. I tried to return them but the company didn't answer my call or emails until a money back guarantee was given. When you call the company, they call your account from your phone number. When I called, I actually hung up every time I called. The shoes didn't fit and my feet slipped into the shoes, causing even more pain. Also, the shoes were too high. Although the length was correct, your foot was not anchored securely in the shoe. I bought two pairs of shoes and am now sticking with them because the company refuses to return items as my 30 day money back guarantee has expired. I would not recommend this company or their products to my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service and don't want to take care of their customers.
