I sized small based on my waist measurement which is exactly 26 inches. Sometimes 25 1/2 on a good day. A completely eliminates my sagging hips and makes my thighs look rounder. My hips are 39 inches. I've never had a job either, so that's my natural build. Cons: It's not flattering if you already have a big butt. The delivery on it is very strange and pushes it out. Most likely because it's good for people after surgery. And my ass is natural, so it just looks fake. And while following the website's chart, I also feel that the compression isn't strong enough. And for busty people, it can be very uncomfortable. I'm 32 C and it really brings my girls closer together. And when I let my stomach relax, it doesn't shrink much.
