I've only used these one time so far so I cannot yet comment on hair growth, but my hair feels clean and healthy. The striking thing is how much LIGHTER my hair feels. It's as if I had waxy buildup from other products on my hair that is no longer there. Using these takes a little while to adjust to if you've used products with sulfates in them in the past. They don't lather up the same way so you really have to work it in to get results. So far, it seems well worth it. I will update down the road on whether it helps my thinning hair.Adding to this a month later - I'm not seeing nearly as much hair loss in the shower or my brush and I do see little wispy new growth coming in. So far - so good!
