Big sound for in-ear headphones

These in-ear headphones deliver big bass with long battery life. What I don't like is that when I'm sweating, they slip out of my ears when I walk. I've tried all sizes of headphones and they all slip out of my ear. This is a good buy if you can keep it in your ears.
