I have had 3 of these units. The problem I've found is that the tips tend to come out of the pen during use, causing the mixture to splatter all over the tub when trying to put the tip back into the pen . I never had this problem with the first unit I bought a few years ago, but the last two have had this problem. The manufacturer recommends holding the tip so it can be rotated during flushing, but it will also come off the handle with this method. What I like about the device is that it's compact but makes noise when you turn it on and the design hasn't improved in all the time I've been using it. If you use the device regularly like I do, you can count on a lifespan of around 3 years, which of course exceeds the warranty period. It's not a bad car, but it needs some updates or a redesign.
