We ordered this lock for our 2017 T@B camper on a lightning deal. The lock came and we installed it fairly easily, but it didn't work perfectly. It felt like the keys didn't fit properly (I thought I'd break them many times) and the latch didn't always lock when I used the key fob or number pad. I emailed the company directly and they responded within hours asking for more details on the issue. They also assured me that their warranty would cover my purchase no matter where I bought it. I emailed a video showing the problem and they responded with some troubleshooting ideas. After trying their suggestions with no change, they sent us a new lock and a return label for the first broken lock. The second lock came and WOW! Doesn't matter! The fit was perfect, the buttons worked effortlessly, the latch responded correctly to the key fob and number pad. The lock is all metal so it's strong and should last a long time. It's nice not being able to carry keys around while hiking and sightseeing and to use the number pad to access our camper. I am very impressed with their customer service and the second lock. We are very happy that we chose this brand and can only recommend it.
