The customer support is second to none! They are always quick at answering any questions or concerns that you have regarding using upFluences services (or lack thereof).

It has been great working closely together as we were able to see how my business was performing after implementing some new techniques. As I am sure everyone knows by now these type things never really stay private for very much longer so it had become difficult keeping our customers informed without them becoming annoyed due too constant information sharing between us both!! Nothing specifically but just trying out different platforms can be time consuming when there aren't many options around which could work well within an industry like mine where every detail matters.
