UPDATED: We have been contacted by the seller regarding the issues listed below. Their customer service was exceptional and they sent us replacement slippers without our knowledge. The inner part of the new slippers is still intact, but one of the tails is dangling a little. ****** I bought two pairs of these slippers for my 2 year old twins. The size is good, the slippers are cute. The boys liked them from the start but after two days (maybe 2 hours total wear) they both started taking them off and showing them inside. The insole does not come out of the slipper, but the lining sewn into the boot is coming loose and wrinkling at the toe on all four shoes. After smoothing out the lining, the boys put the slippers on, but after running a little, they take them off again, pointing to the crumpled material inside.
