Update from 07/13/2016. I tried a second time to send a message to the company. I will say that I finally found them with a web search. I have attached the address for the warranty from which it carries a 1 year warranty. I will update as soon as I can see if they are processing my application. I have to send the old blade for my own money. [.] Update 06/24/2016 I am writing an update. I cannot recommend this item at the moment. I messaged the company that sold it about the warranty earlier in the week and got no response. I noticed that there are now two breaks on the blade. A kink is at the top, near the tip of the blade where the outer loop is. The second kink is on the support arm that runs from the outer blade to the inner circle. Keep in mind that I've only hand washed it and it's used maybe once, twice a month at most in my personal kitchen. Very disappointing that it broke in less than 6 months with no response from the company. February 2016 This is a must have for anyone with a Kitchaid. I've been looking for accessories for the model lifting platform for a long time. When I found this it was exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, I like it better than the hard glide blade. I feel like it creates a fluffier mix that doesn't have lumps. I would take it for those who don't already have it.
