I've had this USB headset for about two weeks now. He does his job well. I use it with Macbook. To clarify what I've read in other reviews, the mic is "noise-cancelling" rather than the headset itself. Yes, the mic boom is fairly stiff, but this keeps it where you put it. It's not difficult to adapt. There's no volume control, so I adjust the volume on the computer, which is what I always do. People comment that the headset is "big". Well they are not small. The ear cushions subtract and block outside noise, which is what they do. It's NOT hard. In fact, I think this all-plastic headset is too light and seems pretty cheap to me, but I didn't want to spend a lot. None of these points are objectionable. There is one point that can cause problems: the instructions are general and state that the battery must be inserted into one of the ear cups. IS NOT IT! This model is powered by a computer, not a battery. Koss needs to change the instructions. It does what I bought it for. It's not perfect, but it's okay, isn't it?
