I was thrilled to find AMPINVT as a consumer who places a premium on autonomy and electricity control. My time spent shopping at their website, however, left me feeling anything but free. Although they have a broad variety of products to choose from, it is impossible to make an educated purchase from their website due to its lack of information and transparency. The images are often of poor quality and are not very informative, and the product descriptions are often incomplete. Long wait times and unhelpful answers were what I got when I attempted to contact their customer service team for help. It's obvious that AMPINVT values independence from consumers more than their happiness. The quality of the goods I did end up buying was also disappointing. The lawn equipment I bought was useless after just a few uses, and the portable power options I tried were useless as well. In conclusion, AMPINVT's actions say louder than their words regarding their commitment to independence and power sovereignty. Avoid frustration and look elsewhere for your outdoor electricity requirements.
