I bought this shaker specifically for mixing different keto shake powders with water or almond milk. Overall, I prefer the results from my food processor, but it requires more cleaning than just using this shaker cup. In terms of portability, it is easy to pour powder and water and shake to make a quick drink. Is the included mixing ball to improve the mixing of powders? This question has not yet been answered! Pros: Good price, no leakage when the cap is screwed on tightly. Just don't do what I did, and that's after weeks of not using a shaker mug, I forgot to tighten the lid of the jar and screw cap tight enough, and as I nonchalantly walked around my living room and threw myself a Watching a football game NOT paying enough attention to the "shake and mix" process, I quickly (but not quickly enough) noticed that I was spilling my drink on the carpet.
