I received my waist trainer yesterday in the mail, I put it on as soon as I got home. It has a great fit to it thru the torso section, the top of it that goes under your breast line was very loose fitting even on the tightest snaps. After wearing for a few hours my skin became itchy and irritated so I took it off for a break. Would not buy to wear under every day clothes because it bulges out and you can see. I will continue you to wear at home while I'm working out or just being lazy to get my moneys worth. I am 5'4 160 and bought a large I would recommend a medium if you like a tighter fit.
