The FIAMM OEM sound on the Fiat 500E was pretty sad. The FIAMM "Highway Blaster" that replaced it sadly died less than a year later, so this one took its place. Compared to the OEM, it is larger and significantly heavier, but there is still room for it even in a small car. While the 500E requires removing the bumper, it's not difficult and replacing the horn portion was easy. Following the wiring instructions, use the included relay and tighten the single screw holding the horn piece. Being paranoid (and an engineer) I shorted all loose wires and also used duct tape to secure all connections. The result was good. Although I didn't take out the SPL meter to check actual decibels, it was significantly louder than the OEM. Can't comment on durability yet and will update if it wears out quickly. So far it's more than loud enough to get people's attention, which is what it's designed to do.
