My trusty 32 ounce bottle of Gatorade recently fell over and cracked. Since then I've been trying new bottles as replacements. I freeze a small amount of water in my bottle, then mix various workout powders right into the water (maca root, nettle, turmeric, etc.) and I need a fast-flowing spout that doesn't clog with residue. I found an amazing fast flow bottle (pink) with a visible waterline, it has an amazing grip but poorly insulated. This bottle of Fila, on the other hand, is much wider and therefore harder to grab, but has otherworldly insulation. So I use both bottles regularly. For intense aerobic exercise, I prefer this FILA because I can just spit frozen electrolytes up my esophagus when I'm exhausted. As the name suggests, I tested the insulation by freezing bottled water for 3 hours. It didn't freeze. This morning I left frozen water (left overnight) on the counter for half a day and when I checked it was still frozen. For the price you can't match the cooling performance. If you need better support or visible water lines, you can try drinking bottles (pink bottle shown). i like them both
