It's tightly wrapped so you have to straighten it or it will curl all the time. Jan Shurkus recommends trimming it to a few sizes that fit you best. That's a good idea. I forgot I bought it earlier and ended up not liking it because of the curls. In fact, I recommend giving it up. Purchase a replacement glass mat from Tonic/Tim Holtz instead. This one is white (it's beige) so you can better judge the color. Also, it has a "sticky" side, so it sticks well to glass and other smooth surfaces - doesn't curl, which is my biggest complaint about it. Sticks, this is a comfortable pillow and can fit you in size. Just try to flatten it out (you can also use a Silpat baking sheet, which will most likely stay flat). Can you tell I hate the curl factor? I'm just saying.
