Great fast trainer/racer
I am very happy with the purchase. The FRF is very nimble, true to size (or a bit too long), toe box is spot on, sole is grippy, gait is very smooth. From the first race I felt that I was being pushed forward - a very pleasant feeling. Durability is a concern. However, I agree that this pair will be my go-to shoe for fast training/racing.

- The shoes have a breathable upper that keeps feet cool and comfortable even in hot weather.
Cons
- For some runners who prefer a more durable shoe, the shoe may be too light.
