Extremely easy installation and very easy height adjustment. Unfortunately I have to end my pro list here. The biggest problem - and a huge one - is that the pillows are useless. The pads have an extremely low density - both the seat and the knee. and the knees/shins reach through the cushions to the wooden base. It's just stupid. After 10 minutes of use, my body gets angry and doesn't care that my posture is correct. I've tried this for several days at all altitudes and nothing changes the miserable performance of the pillows. Even with the two highest positions engaged (specifically the tallest - the position you would use if you wanted to go from regular table height to counterbalanced table during the day) the front casters don't want to turn. This is because their angle to the ground changes as the seat moves up and down in height. At higher settings, the wheels are at an angle where their pressure doesn't even affect the spin/spin function of the roller, so they don't want to spin. They move back and forth perfectly. Ultimately, if the cushions could be used, I could ignore the wheels. But that's not the case, so I can tell others about it. # returned
