I only give this product 2 stars because it is high quality and looks good. Other than that I don't see the point of this fitting being 1/2 To be "pipe to 1/2" pipe. This fitting does not let through more volume than a 1/4" fitting. It is bounded internally by a hole approximately 3/16 inch in diameter. See photo posted by another buyer. If you want to increase the volume with a 1/2 inch cable, DO NOT buy this faucet. Maybe a 90° non-rotating arc can do it. Great product once you understand what its limitations are.
