works for my application though.
Knowing it was only for powering some box fans, which is very good, I gave it 5 stars but I never could figure out why it (and most Socket strips also) did not specify a cable size. There's no point in not knowing what gauge it is because, for example, if you have a device that uses 14 gauge wire, you should have an extension cord with at least 14 gauge wire that plugs into the wall - I found it so the same when shopping in big stores; perhaps one of many companies will supply its gauge of wire. Well, again, I wasn't too worried about some boxing fans, so it works great!
