No assembly instructions included. So far you are better off than me as I have never felt the need to read reviews. This product has limited play capabilities for young children right out of the box. You NEED a screwdriver to install the batteries, which are not included. This isn't uncommon when shopping for toys, but plan ahead. This kit does NOT include building instructions, you can find them online, but they are NOT included in the box. Every Lego set I've bought over the last 40 years came with building instructions. You should of course check this before you buy Lego for children. What an absurd idea that Lego would choose not to include instructions for a 6 year old model. Such a shoddy idea from a top company, but that's the theme of 2020. TLDR: The Lego company, which I've been a big fan of for over 40 years, has started to save money by removing building instructions from their products.
