These boots are a fantastic idea. Rating updated. Excellent customer service! I was able to get a refund - they were very understanding and polite about the situation. However, only one star because they are well made and have a good profile for dog shoes. I thought they fitted and they stayed in the house for a good 30 minutes before I let them out with them. As soon as I let her go and she started running around the garden, two front shoes were lost! I can't even send them back as I don't have all four shoes. We can't find two of them. She was only out 5 minutes! I measured her paws (ALL) to make sure I ordered the right size.
