I bought this JW perch cleaner to replace the one that has lost its bristles. When I first used it, the bristles "crimped" and didn't scratch the semi-circle of the perch like I'd hoped. It only scratched the small surface of a perch the size of canaries and finches. I have a lot of birds and this product can clean perch but not effectively or quickly. I need to find a better product or keep using a dull knife or sandpaper. In fact, sandpaper is cheaper.
