I'm not particularly happy, but basically everything is fine.

the quality of samsung products has not such a low number of defects as apple, but at the same time, the company creates maximum obstacles for consumers when returning their products (this is also reflected in the terms of sale, carefully drawn up acceptance certificates, as well as careful attention to informing customers at the time of delivery of the goods).
The Samsung online store (official) has an interesting feature related to the return - according to their conditions, you should not turn on and activate the device, i. E. during the first 7 days, they will accept a device that you did not turn on, but only carefully examined from all sides, if you turn it on to check its performance and (God forbid, insert a SIM card) - then the hotline will refuse to return you on the basis of the fact "use of goods". Samsung branded stores similarly do not accept returns of clumsy products, but recommend contacting the service to obtain a marriage certificate. the service is also in no hurry to recognize edge cases (of which there are quite a lot, for example, with the number of dead pixels or highlights).
therefore, before returning, it is better to familiarize yourself with the legal features of this procedure and your rights, and for apple users who want to try another platform, it is better to think carefully, because. here you get a different quality of software, hardware and service.

Pros

The screen is very good - everything is smooth, the color reproduction is accurate and beautiful, after the iPad it's nice to watch the video on the amole, in my case the screen was caught without flashes and glitches with green at low brightness. The sound is clear and loud, the bass is not noticed. The stylus comes with the kit - it's convenient that you don't need to buy anything. while they still put the charger in the kit :) many customization settings - you can adjust many features for yourself. The DEX mode is a good attempt to emulate the experience of a mobile computer, convenient to switch between open applications (although their number is limited to five).

Cons

pre-installed software from a domestic manufacturer - you can refuse only by disabling it in the settings (delete before the next OS ate - only via ADB). a bunch of unnecessary software from the Samsung itself with branded services (galaxy store, etc.), which contain a bunch of ads. the sim tray sticks out relative to the body, i. E. does not completely go inside. the polishing of the edges is not the most aesthetic - apparently, a smooth matte will be associated with another company that Samsung does not want to be like. branded accessories (keyboard and book case) of extremely poor quality - weak magnets, poor fit to the case. the touchpad has poor sensitivity: either does not work, or phantom clicks. kneeling and lying on the couch is not convenient to use. mediocre battery life - 6-8 hours with normal use (14 hours advertised, you will only get if you watch a movie downloaded to your tablet without connecting to networks). there are no third-party firmware and normal root - it seems to make the use more secure, but craftsmen through engineering programs remove all activation locks and voila - your device goes to the secondary market in new hands (well, if without personal information). Separately, it is worth mentioning the work of applications - in most cases, these will be applications for a smartphone stretched onto a large screen (it's good if they support changing the screen orientation and work in landscape mode), i. E. menu elements and their location will be like on a large smartphone - you can try to level this with dex - but switching every time for such an unoptimized application is a pain.
