I got this cover to replace my old one which was an old school quilted cotton cover. This one had a mouse nest inside which was a separate issue. This one with a transparent panel prevents this from happening again. no quilting to pull out, no dark nest corner. We can see the blender inside, untouched, and it's funny to see, rather than the odd cotton ball on the counter. It also has pockets where you can store manual and recipe cards. It is also easier to clean as it is a quick wipe and dry fabric. Great deal if you're looking to upgrade your blender lid!
